Finding of No Significant Impact/Intent to Request Release of Funds The City of Tucson Housing & Community Development Department will submit a request to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the release of HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds for an affordable housing project, the Shasta Apartments at West Prince Road and North Fairview Avenue.
