Coming Soon: Single Sign-On for Tucson Development Center Online Users

The City of Tucson is thrilled to announce that single sign-on will soon be available for Tucson Development Center (TDC) Online customers.
What is a single sign-on (SSO)? SSO offers multiple sign-on options and more support for password resets. If you have an account with other municipalities that uses one of the many software options provided by Tyler Technologies, you can use SSO for their log-in portals as well.
SSO is a customer-requested feature and will be introduced with an upcoming upgrade to the TDC Online system later this summer.
To ensure your account is linked properly to your records, please verify and update your email address in your TDC Online account settings before Monday, August 5, 2024, by following these steps:
1. Log-in to Tucson Development Center Online, click on your name on the top right, and select My Account.
2. Verify and update your email address and phone number and hit save.
What comes next? Following the update, customers will see the new SSO option when they access TDC Online. Be sure to use the same email address you verified in step 2.
Customers must re-register for an account even if the same email address is used with the City of Tucson. This will allow the existing information in TDC Online to be linked to the new SSO account.
