Garages and Surface Parking Lots - Monthly Permit Parking
Commuters working in the Downtown area may purchase monthly permits that give them unlimited access to their chosen garage or lot. Employees who pay by the day should consider purchasing a permit, which is a better value. Permit-holders at garages are issued a permit sticker and an access card that allows them to enter and exit the garage, while permit-holders at surface lots are issued a permit in the form of a hanging tag for the rear-view mirror. The fee for replacing a lost garage access card is $50.00.

Centro Garage - 345 E. Congress Street
Monthly Parking: $65.00 + 2.5% Lease Tax = $66.63 total
Permit-holders (other than Agave 350 Apartments residents) must park on Level 3.
Agave 350 residents must park on Level 4.
City-State Garage - 498 W. Congress Street
Monthly Parking: $60.00 + 2.5% Lease Tax = $61.50 total
Depot Plaza Garage - 45 N. 5th Avenue
Monthly Parking: $70.00 + 2.5% Lease Tax = $71.75 total
Permit parking is limited to the second level down, Level P2. Permit-holders must present their access card at the gate separating Level P1 from the ramp to Level P2 on both entrance and exit, whether or not the gate arm is in the "down" position.
Library Garage - 45 W. Alameda Street
Monthly Parking: $70.00 + 2.5% Lease Tax = $71.75 total Permit-holders must park on either Level LL2 or LL3. The top level is for visitor and short-term parking.
Pennington Street Garage - 110 E. Pennington St., entrance and exit on Scott Avenue
Monthly Parking: $85.00 + 2.5% Lease Tax = $87.13 total
Permit-holders must park on the upper floors, beyond the second gate on Level 3A.
Franklin Street Parking Lot - 50 W. Franklin Street
Monthly Parking: $50.00 + 2.5% Lease Tax = $51.25 total
Toole Avenue Parking Lot - 201 E. Toole Avenue
Monthly Parking Rate: $45.00 + 2.5% Lease Tax = $46.13 total
Warehouse District Parking Lot - 180 E 7th Street
Monthly Parking Rate: $55.00 + 2.5% Lease Tax = $56.38 total
Paseo Redondo Parking Lot - 301 W. Paseo Redondo
Limited Monthly Parking Available. Monthly Parking Rate: $55.00 + 2.5% Lease Tax = $56.38 total

City of Tucson Employees:
Fill out and submit this form to select your parking location and set up your payroll deduction. If you are a contracted employee with the City, please contact the Park Tucson office to sign up for parking.
Bicycle Locker Rental
Bicycle lockers are available for rental at several parking garage locations and outside of City Hall. Lockers are available at City-State Garage, Library Garage, La Entrada Garage, and the Public Works Garage. The annual fee is $24, paid in advance, and a $30 refundable deposit is required.
